How are Armoir suitcases made?
Creating a top-tier suitcase is a meticulous process. Our suitcases, designed in France, embody our commitment to quality and sustainability. We use aerospace-grade polycarbonate for our hard shells to ensure they can endure the toughest travel conditions. Each piece is rigorously tested for durability, and we reinforce the structure with high-grade aluminum corners and frames for added strength and a polished look.
Our manufacturing partners are dedicated to environmental responsibility. They incorporate practices like recycling and reusing parts and plastics. The gaskets on our suitcases are made from TPE, an eco-friendly and compostable material, as opposed to the commonly used, harmful PVC. Additionally, our high-performance wheels are produced in-house to meet our stringent standards.
We work exclusively with factories that uphold our values regarding quality, materials, and ethical working conditions. These partners maintain an SA8000 Certification, reflecting their adherence to internationally recognized standards of fair labor. Regular visits and close collaborations with our partners help us continually improve the sustainability and quality of our products.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan and always will be. What looks like leather on our luggage stripe is actually coated canvas. This material is specially treated to be durable and water-resistant, offering a luxurious look and feel without using any animal products. Coated canvas is also more sustainable and easier to recycle, making it a better choice for environmentally conscious travelers.

How does the pre-order process work?
A pre-order secures your item before its official release, ensuring you get it from our first production run.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping for March 2025, we're doing everything we can to have your Armoir delivered as soon as possible. We will provide regular updates on your pre-order status and notify you of any significant delays.
What if there are delays in shipping my pre-order?
While we aim to meet all estimated shipping dates, please note that shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change. In case of significant delays, we will keep you informed and provide options as needed.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
You can cancel or make changes to your pre-order anytime by contacting customer service at support@armoir.co. If the pre-order is canceled, you'll receive a full refund.
What is the return policy for pre-order items?
Pre-ordered Armoir follow our standard return policy of 30 days from receiving the product and are covered by our lifetime limited warranty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's the 30-day return policy?
Our 30-day return policy allows you to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How does the 30-day return policy work?
- Try it out at home:
Pack and roll your Armoir luggage around your home to see if it meets your needs. Please note that luggage used in transit or in unsaleable condition cannot be returned. - Initiate a return:
If it’s not right for you, start a return within 30 days of receiving your luggage. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed once we receive your return.
What are the conditions for return?
Luggage must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be re-packaged in the original or equivalent protective packaging. Improperly packaged returns may be rejected.
What is your exchange policy?
To exchange an item, initiate a return for your original purchase and make a separate purchase for the new item. For assistance, contact our support team via support@armoir.co
Are there any return fees?
A 20€ return fee (subject to currency variations) will be deducted from your refund. All promotional items must be included in the return.
WARRANTY
What is the limited lifetime warranty?
All Armoir luggage comes with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.
What is covered under warranty?
Covered under warranty:
- Cracks or breaks in the shell
- Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that become unusable
- Broken zippers
Not covered under warranty:
- Cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, and normal wear and tear, or other cosmetic changes to the appearance of the product that happen during normal use and handling, which do not affect the functionality of the product as luggage
- Replacement of non-defective parts
- Damage from intentional abuse, modification, or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use
Details of a warranty claim:
If a part of your luggage is damaged, we will send you a replacement part with installation instructions. If the component cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a replacement luggage of equal or greater value. Warranty claims are subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline claims deemed dishonest or fraudulent.
